NoteSwift is a software developer in the HealthIT market focused on increasing the productivity of physicians with patent pending AI, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies to automate the input of patient medical records. Launched in late 2017, their product, Samantha, the EHR real time transcriptionist, enables providers to dictate the narrative of a patient encounter and intelligently parse the text into usable and valued structured data to improve patient outcomes.
Physicians will reduce the hours of the burdensome process of entering patient notes by intelligently processing free text narrative into structured and coded information for their electronic health record (EHR) systems. Samantha’s seamless integration into EHRs ensures all the data is placed in the correct fields and sections of the note without user interaction. The result is reducing hours and clicks of EHR entry, improving the accuracy claim submissions and increasing the face-time with patients.
Originally conceived by a practicing Neurologist, Dr Chris Russell to improve his own workflow, NoteSwift has recently brought to market its Semi-AutonoMous Adaptive Note Transcription Heuristic Algorithm or Samantha as a solution or an API to help reduce the burden and burnout of entering patient information.
